About Us

Cases don't fail on intent. They fail on process.

On a live case, the person running it is holding the policy, the progress and the people waiting in their head, alongside the job they were hired for. That is where cases fail. And if they are off sick on Tuesday, the case stops, because nobody else can pick up what was only ever in one head.

Our Vision

Every case, no matter how complex or high-stakes, is fair, consistent and held with care for everyone it touches.

Our Mission

We're building the case management system that turns policies into practice, so every case follows the same standard, is recorded as the work happens, and holds under the most rigorous scrutiny, leaving those who work on cases free to focus on judgement, not process and admin.

Values

Our Values

Service: We put people first.

We remember that the investigations we support all involve human beings, not just data. We lead with integrity and authenticity. Welfare checks and update points are steps in the process, not favours that depend on someone having time. CaseGrid helps teams act consistently and fairly, because that leads to the best outcomes for everyone involved.

Compliance: We're built for scrutiny.

The best investigations are built on transparency and traceability. People want confidence in the process, as well as the outcome. The CaseGrid process is designed to stand up to rigorous examination, replacing doubt with a defensible, auditable framework that ensures fairness.

Innovation: We're dismantling outdated methods.

Too many investigations are letting people down. They're built on memory, scribbled notes, and software that was never designed for this work. CaseGrid brings together human understanding with technical efficiency to eliminate guesswork, inaccuracy and inconsistency.

Collaboration: We're breaking down silos.

The best investigations aren't conducted in isolation. Bring in an external investigator, a legal adviser or occupational health. They see their part of the case and nothing else, with full compliance and legal data protection built in. Actions are triggered so that everything works better, faster and more accurately, to the benefit of everyone.

Our Story

We understand workplace investigations because we've been there, running regulated investigations in some of the most scrutinised environments in the UK. That experience is built into CaseGrid.

Dave Adams

Founder

Dave is the founder of CaseGrid, with 18 years of experience in some of the most evidentially demanding and scrutinised investigative environments in the UK. He has worked across both ends of the discipline: running investigations and supervising teams at the operational level, and in a senior role supporting executive decision-making on policy, performance, audit, inspection, regulation and system design.

That dual perspective shapes how CaseGrid is built. Dave has seen what happens when policy exists on paper but doesn't reach the people doing the work; when good intentions get lost between training, supervision and the pressure of a live case.
