Investigators are expected to run fair, defensible cases, but most organisations give them email, Word and spreadsheets. We understand regulated investigations because we have run them, under operational pressure and governance scrutiny. That experience is built into CaseGrid.

We built CaseGrid because we saw too many cases fall down. Crucial evidence buried in a spreadsheet, a vital note left in a drawer or a procedural step accidentally skipped. These gaps cause stress to investigators and subjects alike, and can lead to unfair outcomes that erode trust in the system.

Dave Adams

CEO & Founder

Dave is the founder of CaseGrid, with 18 years of experience in some of the most evidentially demanding and scrutinised investigative environments in the UK. He has worked across both ends of the discipline: running investigations and supervising teams at the operational level, and in a senior role supporting executive decision-making on policy, performance, audit, inspection, regulation and system design.

That dual perspective shapes how CaseGrid is built. Dave has seen what happens when policy exists on paper but doesn't reach the people doing the work; when good intentions get lost between training, supervision and the pressure of a live case.
